Monday

Getting into the autumn vibe with a shepherds pie. Lamb mince with loads of rosemary in a rich onion and tomato gravy, topped with fluffy mashed potatoes a sprinkling of parmesan and baked in the oven.

Tuesday

Slow cooker pulled ham with homemade coleslaw stuffed into brioche buns.

Wednesday

Easy dinner tonight – baked potatoes, scoop out the fluffy potato, mix with leftover pulled ham, sliced spring onions and sour cream and chive dip. Put the filling back into the baked potato skins and sprinkle the top with cheese – return to the oven until the cheese is melted and browning.

Thursday

Delicious and easy sausage & cider casserole with a pile of creamy mashed potato and garlicky greens.

Friday

Peri peri oven baked chicken served with chips and corn cobs.

Saturday

An easy vegetable curry served alongside rice and mint raita.

Sunday

Roast chicken dinner with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and loads of vegetables. Maybe even a blackberry crumble.
