Monday – lamb keema
A really quick lamb keema curry recipe, ready to eat in less than 30 minutes making it great for midweek cooking. I use a mild curry paste so it suits children’s tastes too. The keema is great alongside some popadoms and salad. Get the lamb keema recipe here.
Tuesday – Chicken stir fry & noodles
A quick and easy simple stir fry with chicken breast, broccoli, baby corn and homemade honey and lemon stir fry sauce, I’ll serve alongside noodles.
Wednesday – Slow cooker pulled ham
We love this recipe the pulled ham turns out just delicious! Serve stuffed onto brioche rolls with salad and homemade coleslaw, maybe a side of wedges too. Get the slow cooker pulled ham recipe here.
Thursday – chicken kebabs
I’ll be cooking up some sweet chilli and lime skewers from the butchers and serving alongside mixed vegetable rice and some tahini yogurt dip.
Friday – healthy fish and chips
Simple grilled cod fillets with a squeeze of lemon and a side of homemade potato wedges and mushy pesto peas. Grab the potato wedge recipe here.
Saturday – French bread pizza

Sunday – Toad in the hole
Skipping the roast dinner this week and cooking up a tray of toad in the hole, a mountain of mashed potatoes and loads of lovely onion gravy.
