You’ll need wholemeal bagels, peanut butter and a handful of strawberries to make this delicious breakfast. I use no-added sugar peanut butter and it’s perfectly sweet enough.

This is a great breakfast for kids on a school day as it will release energy slowly and count towards their five-a-day.

  • Wholemeal bagel
  • Peanut butter - no added sugar for preference
  • Handful of strawberries

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bagel, spread generously with peanut butter and top with sliced strawberries.
