Stay refreshed and hydrated easily – choose from our ten fresh and flavoursome infused water recipes that’ll look instagramable in a glass and definitely help towards a healthier lifestyle!

Why are infused waters good for you?

Well I think they encourage me to stay hydrated to keep sipping the water and that can only be a good thing right?

What can I use to make infused water?

You can use plain tap water, bottled water – still or sparkling for your infusions and add in any combination of fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices that spark your taste buds.

Staying hydrated juicily has never been easier!

How to make infused water?

It’s super simple! Just pick out your fruit, veggies, herbs or spices – push them into a glass or bottle.

I tend to bruise them up a bit – give them a bit of a squash to release more flavour. Then simply top up with water – tap, bottled, sparkling or still.

Can you eat the fruit from infused water?

Well – I do, granted it’s not a flavoursome as it was to start with but it still tastes good and ups your fibre intake and avoids waste.

How long can you keep infused water for?

I’d say 1-2 hours at room temperature or 3-4 hours in the fridge – any longer than this and you run the risk of the fruit starting to decompose and becoming a breeding ground for mold of bacteria.
