Add a touch of spring

Adding a touch of spring to your home is quick, low cost and simple with our pretty spring themed ideas.

With daffodils and tulips available in the shops at such low prices it's easy to add a vase or two of spring flowers to your home.

They can be displayed simply as they are or add some spring embellishments to the vase, like ribbons, or hessian bunnies.

It's also nice to use a few branches of spring blossoms from the garden. You can turn these into a simple Easter tree by hanging little bunny ornaments or chocolate eggs from the branches.

You could make a rustic spring wreath, simple things often look the prettiest. A rustic wreath is lovely hung on the door as a welcoming decoration especially if you're expecting guests over Easter.

Our simple wreath is made using garden plants saved from the recent storm! We've used pussy willow, forsythia, ivy and cotton lavender. We use metal wreath rings, these are available from most craft shops and are low cost, plus you can re-use them.
