Pretty sure this is the BEST thing to come out of the air-fryer so far! A warm, sweet, sticky, gooey chocolate cookie dough dessert, served with scoops of vanilla ice-cream melting into the dough.
Add a couple of spoons and don’t forget to share. Plus with our easy recipe, you can make one now, and pop one in the fridge to bake later.

- Tin foil trays 7-inch x 2 – I buy these foil trays in packs of 100 from Amazon – they’re super handy for air fryer cooking.

Air Fryer Cookie Dough Dessert Ingredients
You’ll only need a handful of ingredients to make our yummy air fryer cookie pudding!
- 100g unsalted butter – at room temperature
- 80g soft brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 125g plain flour
- Pinch salt – just a tiny pinch, don’t go over the top
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 80g chocolate chunks – we used Dairy Milk chopped up chunkily, but you can use whatever chocolate you like, just chop up your fave!
How To Make Air Fryer Cookie Dough Dessert
Oh, you are going to LOVE how simple this recipe is, it’ll fast become your favourite gooey, chocolate dessert! Seriously the perfect bake in the air fryer!
Step One – Mix up the cookie dough
- Put the butter and soft brown sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Crack in the egg and stir into the butter and sugar.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir into the mixture.



- Add the flour and mix into a stiff cookie dough.
- Then tip in the chocolate chunks and stir them through the cookie dough mixture.




Step Two – divide the cookie dough between two tin foil trays
- Lightly grease the two tin foil trays with a little butter.
- Divide the dough equally between the two trays.
- Then using the back of a spoon flatten the cookie dough out in the trays.


Step Three – bake the air fryer cookie dough dessert
- Put one tray into the air fryer and cook on 180C for around 8 minutes.


Step Four – serve your air fryer cookie dough with ice cream
- Remove the cookie dough dessert from the air fryer and whilst it’s still warm, dollop on a couple of scoops of ice-cream then dig in! It’s the perfect easy sharing dessert. We love this with Kelly’s Clotted Cream Ice-Cream, it’s just so good!

Can I Make Air Fryer Cookie Dough In Advance?
You can make the dough and spread it into lightly greased trays, then wrap in foil and keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours before cooking.
So… if you know you’re having a movie night, make these in advance then just pop them in the air fryer to bake and tuck in!

Super easy, air fryer cookie dough desserts that are perfect for sharing
