INGREDIENT SWAPS AND ADD INS

Add In Some Extras – the only extras I ever add to these garlic butter fries is a pinch of chilli flakes for a kick of heat, or sometimes I also sprinkle on some finely grated parmesan cheese just for added deliciousness!

TOP TIPS FOR MAKING The Best Garlic Fries

⭐ If you have an air fryer use it, it cooks frozen fries way better than the regular oven. They always come out with the outside crispy and deliciously golden. If you need to use the oven to bake these, make sure the fries are in a single layer on the sheet pan.

⭐ Don’t skimp on the buttery coating – this isn’t a diet recipe, it’s a full fat feast.

⭐ I recommend using frozen French fries for this recipe over making your own, they just hold up better to the garlic butter drenching.

⭐ Don’t swap the butter for olive oil, butter is the BEST option here,

LOVE YOUR LEFTOVERS

If you have any leftover garlic butter, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can stir it through cooked pasta, use it in toasted sandwiches, or simply fry up a really garlicky egg to top some sourdough toast with.
