Ingredients For Air Fryer Padron Peppers

You’ll only need three ingredients to make this simple Spanish tapas dish of salted padron peppers in the air fryer

  • 130g Padron Peppers
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch Maldon sea salt flakes

How To Air Fry Padron Peppers 

Step by step instructions for how to cook padron peppers in the air fryer

Step One – toss the padron peppers in olive oil

  • Toss the whole padron peppers in the olive oil, mix with your hands so they all get some oil on the skins.

Step Two cook the padron peppers in air fryer

  • Tip the oiled padron peppers into the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry on 200C/400F for around 5 minutes, or until the skin is blistering. Shake the basket a few times as they cook.

Step Three – serve

  • Remove the cooked peppers from the air fryer, place into a serving dish and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Serve alongside your favourite tapas dishes.
