- 4 skinless and boneless salmon fillets - these are great for air fryer salmon

How To Make Air Fryer Salmon Noodles
Cooking salmon in the air fryer is really simple and a delicious way to cook it!
Step One - marinate the salmon fillets
- Place the salmon fillets into a bowl and pour over 100ml of the teriyaki marinade. Toss the salmon in the marinade and make sure it's coated on all sides.

Step Two - air fry the salmon
- Line the air fryer basket with the sheet of tinfoil - this just means that you won't have a really messy air fryer to clean-up after dinner.
- Lay the marinated salmon fillets into the air fryer basket in a single layer, no overlapping.

- Cook the salmon in the air fryer on 180C for around 8-10 minutes or until cooked through properly. If you have larger salmon fillets they'll take a little longer to cook - keep checking every 2-3 minutes and continue to cook until they're cooked through properly.

Cooks Note! How long to cook salmon in air fryer
Air fryer cooking speeds and temperatures vary from brand to brand. And salmon fillet sizes and thickness varies too. So when wondering how long to cook salmon for in the air fryer it's best to aim for an initial 8-10 minute cooking time at 180C.
Then just continue to check the salmon every 2-3 minutes after that and continue cooking until it's cooked through properly.
Step Three - cook the noodles
- When the salmon has been cooking for around 6 minutes, start to cook the noodles.
- Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions.
- Add the sunflower oil to the wok and tip in the spring onions, briskly stir fry over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Then tip in the cooked noodles and add the rest of the teriyaki marinade. Stir fry for a couple of minutes to coat all the cooked noodles in the marinade.

Step Four - serve the air fryer salmon and noodles
- Remove the salmon fillets from the air fryer carefully, to avoid burning hands.

- Then serve on a bed of noodles, topped with a scattering of chopped coriander. We like to add a side of steamed broccoli and baby corn also.
