  • 3 sweet potatoes – peeled
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

How to Make Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes

Step Ones – prepare the sweet potatoes

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes (around 1.5cm cubed).
  • Toss the cubed sweet potato in the olive oil, salt, dried oregano and parsley and paprika.

Step Two – air fry the sweet potato cubes

  • Tip the sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry at 180C for 7-8 minutes. Give the basket a shake every few minutes throughout the cooking time.
  • Then up the temperature to 200C and continue to air fry until they’re browning and crisping up on the outside and feel tender in the middle when you put a knife into them.

Step Three – serve your air fried sweet potato cubes

  • Serve with your favourite dips, or just as they are.

Shake the basket – don’t forget to shake the basket often as the sweet potato cubes cook in the air fryer. This just helps them to cook through evenly.
