These baby baked potatoes are oh so good just broken open and topped with butter but for a real treat add a spoonful of soured cream and a pinch of chilli flakes.
A really easy family recipe. These are great served with autumn and winter dishes such as casseroles or stews, alongside sausages and beans or as a potato side dish to pizza or grilled fish.
