How to Make Banana Oat Smoothie with Peanut Butter
Our creamy Banana Oat Smoothie is made with peanut butter, Greek yogurt and full fat milk so it’s super creamy and delicious.
To make the Banana Oat Smoothie with peanut butter just add the oats to the blender and blitz until powdery – you don’t want chunky oats clogging up the straw and little tip here – kids won’t drink lumpy smoothie….
You could always use instant oatmeal if you prefer to keep the oats super smooth.
So blitz the oats well – then add the banana, peanut butter, milk and yogurt and blend until smooth – pour into a glass and add a reusable straw (because it’s a good thing to reduce single use plastic – every little helps!)

Blender or Food Processor
- 1 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Full Fat Milk
Add the oats to the blender and blitz until powdery with no chunks
Add the banana, peanut butter, yogurt and milk and blend until smooth
