If you’re a fan of sweet and spicy mayonnaise, then you’ll want to whip up a batch of our Bang Bang Sauce and drizzle it on everything you eat! It’s seriously addictive!

We’re pretty sure that Bang Bang sauce is going to be a feature ALL summer long here. Its perfect combo of sweet and spicy make it the ideal dressing for salads, BBQ food, air fryer chicken and vegetable sticks.

Mixing Up A Batch Of Bang Bang Dressing Is A Good Thing, Here’s Why! 

It Tastes SO GOOD! – sweet chill, sriracha and creamy mayo are a delicious combination. Add that squeeze of lime and BANG, the sauce is singing!

It’s Quick And Easy – this is a super easy dressing to mix up, and you’ve probably got all the ingredients in the fridge and cupboard already anyway.

Versatile – Bang Bang Sauce is great with salads, dolloped on a burger, drizzled over grilled chicken, tossed through potatoes salads, we could go on and on…

Equipment Needed To Make Bang Bang Sauce

  • Cup
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon
  • Small Bowl – for mixing
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Ingredients For Bang Bang Sauce

You’ll only need five ingredients to mix up a batch of spicy mayo dressing.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • juice of half a lime

How To Make Bang Bang Sauce

This really is the easiest thing to make! Super simple!

Step One – measure out the ingredients

  • Add the mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha sauce and honey to a small bowl.

Step Two – mix the sauce

  • Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha and honey together in the bowl until they make a creamy orange coloured sauce.

Step Three – add some lime juice

  • If you’re using this as a dip, just add a squeeze of lime juice, it just helps to cut through the sweetness.
  • If you’re using the bang bang sauce as a dressing or to drizzle add more lime juice to get a runnier consistency that’s easier to drizzle.

Step Four – serve the bang bang sauce

  • Serve the spicy sauce with your favourite salads, grilled meat, fish or veggies. And enjoy, you’ll definitely be back for more!
