Okay when it comes to burgers we all know that it’s all about the toppings really, that’s why you can keep your beef burger recipe really simple. So simple we just need two ingredients.
So to knock up a batch of our 2 ingredient burgers you’ll just need mince beef and a pinch of salt. Don’t even dirty a bowl, just open the pack of minced beef, throw in the pinch of salt and squish together with your hands. Divide into even balls and squash into a burger shape, no need to be neat, these are quick, rustic burgers.
I cook these burgers in the oven purely because I want to get on with other stuff as they cook so don’t want to be stood by a grill watching and flipping them.
I use extra lean minced beef to make my burgers but you can just use whatever you prefer.
