Our homemade blueberry smoothie pops are made entirely with natural ingredients for a healthy frozen treat kids can enjoy.
The sun is shining and the kids are playing outdoors all day long so these blueberry smoothie pops make a delicious, wholesome fruit packed treat for them to cool down with.
A delicious, healthy frozen treat made with 100% natural ingredients, perfect for when you’re feeding little ones and you want to avoid the artificial colourings, flavours and preservatives often found in ice-lollies and keep their diet as nutritious as possible.

Blueberry Smoothie Pop Ingredients

The ingredients for our smoothie pops are completely natural and contain no refined sugar.
- Handful of blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbs Greek yogurt
- tsp honey to sweeten
How to make blueberry smoothie pops
Smoothie pops are super simple to make and will just take you a couple of minutes to mix and pour into moulds ready for freezing.
- Peel the bananas and break into chunks.
- Add the bananas, blueberries, yogurt and honey to the food processor.

- Blitz until smooth.
- Get your ice lolly moulds ready – I use a set of silicon ice lolly moulds because they’re just so easy to pop the ice lolly out of – you don’t need to run them under warm water – they just push out really easily.

- Pour the smoothie mixture into the ice lolly moulds and then add the sticks and place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours to freeze.

How to make smoothie pops with no ice lolly moulds
If you’ve no ice lolly moulds you can still make smoothie pops – just save a few yogurt cartons – the small yogurts are the perfect size for toddler treats.
Wash them out – pour your smoothie mix into the pot – add a stick and freeze. Once they’ve frozen pop them from the yogurt pop and store in a ziplock bag in the freezer until ready to eat.
