Buffalo Hot Dogs With Blue Cheese

INGREDIENTS

- Hot dog sausages
- Hot dog buns
- Blue cheese
- Celery
- Buffalo sauce
- Crispy onions
- Fresh chives
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Air fryer (I use the air fryer as it makes the hot dogs super juicy, but you can just boil or grill them or cook them in whatever style is your favourite)
- Chopping board
- Vegetable knife
- Kitchen scissors (to snip the chives)

Buffalo Hot Dogs
Up your hot dog game with these delicious Buffalo Hot Dogs!
Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog rolls
- 2 sticks celery - finely chopped
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 tablespoon buffalo sauce
- Bunch chives
- 4 tablespoon crispy onions
Instructions
- Prepare all the toppings.
- Lay the hot dogs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 200C/400F for around 4-6 minutes. Or until the hot dog sausages are heated through properly. You can check this using the meat thermometer.
- Once cooked, remove the hot dogs from the air fryer using the silicone tongs.
- Put the cooked hot dogs into the hot dog rolls and load on your toppings - dig in!
Notes
How can you tell if a hot dog is cooked? The best way to check is to use a Meat Thermometer and check the internal cooked temperature is a minimum of 75C.
