Sharing is caring!

You’ll just LOVE this easy creamy, cheesy Cajun Chicken Pasta Bake! It’s super easy and super delicious. Proper comfort food.

In my house Cajun chicken ANYTHING is always really popular with the kids. They’ll pretty much eat it any way it’s served!

And now my Cajun Chicken Pasta Bake is a real go-to easy meal idea!

This tasty, simple chicken recipe is brilliant for weeknight dinner. I usually add a side of green vegetables and often a basket of garlic bread too.

I make up my own Cajun seasoning mix too so I’ve popped the recipe for that below – but feel free to use shop bought Cajun seasoning if you prefer.

Homemade Cajun Seasoning

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if you like more of a kick of heat add a little more)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

I don’t add salt to the Cajun Seasoning mix I prefer to salt my food separately.
