Cert. Cleaner Review

We've been putting Cert. cleaner antiviral multi-surface cleaning solution to the test at home. Trusted by the NHS and recommended by the UKHSA to kill Covid!
Okay, so here's the thing, since the Covid pandemic, cleaning effectively at home has become more important than ever!
And if there's a product I can use that is trusted by the NHS, and kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including Covid then I want to be using that at home.
Cert. cleaner is also efficient against bacteria, yeast, fungi and mycobacteria at the concentrations and contact times provided on the label. It is a detergent and disinfectant combined in the one product.

Why Choose Cert. Cleaner?
I've been looking into the great reasons to choose Cert. cleaner to use at home and it does have me quite impressed!
Cert. Eco Credentials
By choosing to use Cert. Cleaner, I am automatically reducing the amount of plastic waste. Each bottle is refillable for life and, if you do want to get rid of it, it's fully recyclable too!
To refill the bottle you just use the tablets dissolved in tap water. The tablets come in paper and cardboard, which is fully recyclable.
And the water, you can use from the tap. So it reduces the amount of CO2 used in transporting heavy, liquid filled bottles.
Cert. Is also a non-toxic cleaner.
Simplicity And Reducing Number Of Different Cleaning Products Needed!
One thing I HATE is that when I open the cupboard it is crammed with cleaning products!
Literally one product for each job, well, Cert. cleaner actually cuts down on the number of cleaning products you'll need to stock in the cleaning cupboard, because you can use it on multiple surfaces.
Cert. Cleaner is super easy to mix up.

The cleaning solution is really easy to mix up in the bottles.
Just add 500ml of water from the tap. If you use warm water the tablets dissolve more quickly.
Drop in the tablets, leave them to fizz for a few minutes, then give the bottle a good swirl, just to make sure it's mixed well.

The Cert. cleaning solution lasts for up to 7 days, before it needs discarding. But, because you can use it to clean multiple different surface types, I'm sure you'll have used the whole bottle before the 7 days is up.
What Can I Clean With Cert. Cleaner?
I am really impressed with the number of different surface materials you can clean with the Cert. cleaner
Because you can clean so many things at home using the Cert. cleaner it means you can simplify the cleaning cupboard and just use the one cleaning product in multiple areas of your home.
And a more organised, simple cleaning routine I think can only be a good thing! Plus it means cutting down on the mixture and number of different chemicals used at home.
What can I clean with Cert. spray cleaner?
You literally only need to carry the one bottle of cleaning solution around the home whilst you clean!
- Sinks and tiles
- Baths and showers
- Toilets and toilet seats
- Wooden surfaces
- Glass surfaces
- Bins
- Floors
- Wooden food chopping boards
- Alloy metal sinks
- Man-made high gloss kitchen worktops
Obviously as with all cleaners it's always best to test in an inconspicuous area before widespread application to ensure no damage is caused.
Cert. Cleaner Review
I tried the Cert. cleaning spray out on various surfaces, and I was very impressed with how easy it is to use, and how fine the spray mist is from the bottle and the surface coverage it gives.
The instructions for use are super simple!
- Spray Cert. all over the area to be cleaned, make sure it's well covered.
- Leave the cleaning solution on the surface for 5 minutes for thorough removal of all bacteria, then just wipe over with a clean, dry cloth.
Using Cert. To Clean Toilets and Sinks
I tried the multi-surface cleaner on the toilet and sink area - it sprayed on really well, gave great coverage, then I left it for 5 minutes, and wiped over with paper towels. It was super easy!
The Cert. cleaner left everything visibly clean and smelling fresh and clean too.

Cleaning The Kitchen With Cert. Cleaning Spray
Cert. cleaning solution was a breeze to use in the kitchen, effortlessly cleaning the work tops, sink and bin.

Cleaning The Windows With Cert. Cleaning Solution
Okay, so I was a bit apprehensive about this, but Cert. lists glass as a surface it can be safely used upon so I gave it a go.
Firstly, the spray coverage is great, it really gives a fine mist all over the glass. It wipes off to a nice clean finish. And then just needed buffing with a dry paper towel to remove any last residue, which just took a minute and was simple.
I like the idea of using a detergent and disinfectant product on the windows, especially in winter when condensation can gather at the edges and cause black mould build up. I feel regular cleaning with Cert. will be beneficial at helping to prevent this.
Cleaning Floors With Cert. Spray And Mop
Cert. have a spray and mop starter kit available for £29.99 which includes free UK delivery.
The kit contains everything you need to get on and clean floors, effortlessly!

- 2 boxes (which contain 64 tablets) of Cert. cleaning tablets
- Cert. Spray Bottle - 500ml
- Cert. Spray Mop with 500ml capacity - with microfibre pads for all hard floors
It's super easy to make up the cleaning solution - just fill the bottle with 500ml of water, drop in two tablets and allow a couple of minutes for them to dissolve.
Then attach the cleaning solution to the mop and spray the floor using the trigger handle on the mop, and wipe over the floor as you spray.

The mop was really easy to use and got into tight corners well, due the swivel head.
I was very happy with the amount of dirt it removed from the floors and how clean they looked once, they dried.

Would We Buy Cert. Again?
Absolutely! I really like that you can clean so many different surface types with the same product, so the cleaning cupboard can be a less crowded, simpler place.
I like that Cert. is non-toxic, and that it reduces single use plastic. I like how clean it left everything, and how fresh and clean the scent was.
And, I like that it's used by the NHS and that it kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including Covid.
Where To Buy Cert. Cleaning Products
