How To Use Up Leftover Pasta Bake

To begin, make sure that any unused pasta bake is cooled down and stored away as soon as possible.. It needs to be cooled within 90 minutes of being cooked. And stored in an air tight container in the fridge.

  • Leftover pasta bake can be reheated the next day – just reheat in the microwave for around 4-5 minutes. Be sure that it’s heated through properly to a minimum core temperature of 82C – it’s best to check this with a thermometer.
  • Believe us when we say that the leftover pasta bake tastes so good the next day when it is stuffed into crusty bread rolls and topped with a squirt of spicy mayonnaise.
