Make them gluten free - to create homemade gluten free chicken goujons, just swap the breadcrumbs for a gluten free variety and double check the herbs and spices are gluten free too.

Switch up the flavours - you can make these crispy chicken strips in any flavour you like, if you wanted curried, then add some curry powder and turmeric to the breadcrumbs. Fancy an Italian style, throw in some Italian seasoning and some finely grated parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture. Fancy buffalo seasoning? Add some...but don't forget to serve with a yummy blue cheese dip!

Love your leftovers – any leftover chicken goujons can be cooled (within 1 hour of cooking ideally) then stored in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
