We’ve been trying out the delicious new range of MOR Sausages. These sausages come is a range of tasty flavours which mean they don’t just taste great the traditional bangers and mash way but they’re also a delicious ingredient to use when cooking up a tasty dinner.
MOR chicken, sundried tomato and basil sausages.
These really have a delicious Mediterranean flavour to them – they’d be ideal for using in pasta recipes or a quick sausage bolognese. We liked to keep it simple though and make a lighter sausage sandwich with an Italian vibe.
MOR pork, super green veg and lentil sausages
These were delicious – you could absolutely taste the lentils and veg element to the sausage, we think these would go well sliced and scattered into roast med veg couscous with a tahini dressing.
MOR moroccan spiced pork, cauliflower and chickpea sausages
These were our favourites – they had a great taste, totally packed with flavour – we used them to make this delicious spicy sausage rice dish.
MOR pork, beetroot and Bramley apple sausages
These were lovely – they worked really well with the traditional mashed potatoes, sautéed spiced red cabbage with apples and a lovely onion gravy. Just perfect.
