Cream Cheese Sandwich Ingredients

You literally just need three ingredients to make this super easy sandwich fingers recipe

  • 2 slices white bread – you can use bloomer, brown, wholegrain or rye if you prefer. Just choose your favourite.
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/4 cucumber – sliced

How To Make A Sandwich With Cream Cheese And Cucumber

These little afternoon tea sandwiches are super easy to make!

Step One – layer on the cream cheese

  • Spread each slice of bread with half of the cream cheese. This way the sandwiches stick together properly, as we’re not using butter.

Step Two – top with cucumber slices

  • Lay the cucumber slices on top of one slice of the cream cheese spread bread. Then sandwich on the top piece of bread.

Step Three – cut off the crusts

  • If you’re serving these as afternoon tea sandwiches for a party or picnic then just cut off the crusts and cut them into little fingers. Then serve.

What To Serve With Sandwiches For Lunch
