Okay so here is 30 of my favourite daily positive affirmations. I don’t say them all daily, I choose a few that appeal to me and work on them for a time. I may swap them or tailor them depending on what’s happening in my life. But for just getting up out of bed and getting positive these are my go-to effective affirmations!

You can of course make more personalized affirmations – tailor them to life events, or business goals, or whatever you are wanting to focus your time and energy on at that particular moment.

For example you maybe setting up a new business, so you could affirm your believes in it working out and being successful, affirm your confidence and competence.
