Dirty Rice

Sharing is caring!

Our easy Dirty Rice recipe is a quick, filling and delicious weeknight dinner. Ready in just 20 minutes this is great for busy days when you just want dinner ready fast!

Dirty rice is one of those lovely recipes that you can interpret anyway you like.

You can add in your favourite herbs and spices, and use whatever meat you fancy. I use a mixture of lean beef mince and smoky bacon. But often chopped chicken livers and sausage meat is used.

To get our easy Dirty Rice ready quickly we prep as we cook. That way we’re not wasting 10 minutes chopping when we could be chopping and cooking. It’s the best way to get dinner ready fast.
