RECIPE TIPS AND INGREDIENT SWAPS
Use different meatballs - you can make this recipe with homemade ground beef meatballs, vegetarian meatballs, chicken or turkey meatballs - just choose your favourite.
Use different seasoning - we love these made with chipotle seasoning but you can switch things up any way you like - try taco seasoning, curry powder, even Chinese 5-spice with hoisin sauce would work.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH AIR FRYER MEATBALL TACOS
Okay, so when I make this at home it's usually a quick and easy dinner after work, so sides tend to be air fryer fries, or microwave rice and some sweetcorn. But if I cook at the weekend and have more time then it works well with sweet potato wedges and creamy ranch slaw.
