How To Make A Cheese Quesadilla
Quesadillas are super easy to make, they'll take you literally 5 minutes!
Step One - make cheese the quesadilla
- Sprinkle half the tortilla wrap with grated cheese.
- Fold the wrap over and press down, then brush the top side with olive oil.

Step Two - cook the quesadilla
- Put the frying pan onto the hob over a medium-high heat.
- Place the cheese quesadilla into the frying pan, oil side down. And cook for 2 minutes (or until the underside is turning golden brown)
- Then brush the top side with a little olive oil, and flip the tortilla over to cook the other side. Again, cook the tortilla for around 1-2 minutes or until the tortilla is turning golden brown and the cheese deliciously melty.
Step Three - serve
- Slide the quesadilla from the pan, slice into two or three wedges and serve straight away. We like to add a pot of tomato salsa, but that's optional.
