- 425g pack of Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake mix
- 400g tub of Betty Crocker Vanilla Icing
- 1 pack of large Malteser Bunnies
- 1 pack mini Malteser Bunnies
- 200g Cadbury mini eggs
- Anything else you fancy throwing on – hey, this is your Easter Cake, you add on what you like – fancy some glitter? Throw it on, want some sprinkles, then shake away. Do it your way!
How to make easy Easter Cake
- Mix up and bake the Betty Crocker red velvet cake as per the box instructions.
- Once the cake is cool, cover in the vanilla icing, no need to be neat here, just slap it on, let the kids get involved.
- Decorate the Easter Cake with chocolate bunnies, mini eggs and anything else you want.
