Peanut Butter Recipe Tips

Peanut Butter Brownie Add-Ins

Fancy making these a little differently, try using crunchy peanut butter, or adding a sprinkling of peanut butter chips on top.

You can also flavour the eggs with vanilla extract or salted caramel flavouring.

And you if you like an extra peanut flavor you can add a peanut butter swirl into the top of the batter with melted peanut butter, before sprinkling on the white chocolate chips.

If you wanted a total sugar-fest you could top them with peanut butter frosting!

Make them gluten free

switch the flour for gluten free flour and make sure all other ingredients used are gluten-free. We’ve made these with gluten free flour a few times and they turn out deliciously.

Want less sugar?

Use a natural peanut butter or other natural nut butters.

Serve Peanut Butter Brownies With Ice Cream

These are delicious served still warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.

Storage

Keep the peanut brownies in an airtight container in the fridge, they’ll keep for 3-4 days (but will be all eaten way before then)
