White Chocolate Nest Cake Ingredients

  • 2 x 120g bars of white chocolate – I use Milky Bars, but any white chocolate will be great. Of course, you could use milk chocolate if you preferred.
  • 100g rice krispies – my kids prefer rice krispies in the nest cakes, but you could use cornflakes or even Cheerios.
  • 2 x 90g bags of mini eggs …. I pick up an extra bag too, just for nibbling as I bake.
