- 1 green pepper
- 450g chicken breast strips
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbs garlic infused olive oil
- 2 onions
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper to season

How To Make Our Fajita Night Recipe
- Add a splash of garlic olive oil to a wok style pan and heat over a medium heat.
- Throw in the sliced chicken and stir fry briskly for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the peppers and onions.
- Tip in the cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, sugar and lime juice – season with salt and pepper.
- Continue to fry until the vegetables have softened and the chicken has cooked through.
