Monday – shepherds pie
I’ll be cooking up a delicious shepherds pie, lamb mince in a rich herby gravy topped with creamy mashed potatoes. Served alongside seasonal greens and a dollop or pickled red cabbage. You can get the shepherds pie recipe here.
Tuesday – beef & barley stew
Mmmm a big pan of slow cooked beef and barley stew, dotted with big fluffy dumplings and served with crusty bread for mopping up the gravy.
Wednesday – chicken roast dinner
We love a mid week roast dinner, so I’ll make a quick roast chicken dinner with fluffy Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Thursday – loaded potato scallops
Thinly sliced potatoes drizzled with olive oil and baked in the oven. Then topped with crispy bacon and Cheddar cheese. Serve alongside baked beans. Grab the potato scallop recipe here.
Friday – fish pie
A quick and easy fish pie with salmon and prawns in a cheesy, creamy sauce, topped with mashed potatoes and browned under the grill.
Saturday – tuna pasta bake

Sunday – lancashire hotpot
