A weekly meal plan filled with delicious family dinner recipes and ideas. It’s a really easy week this week as it’s a busy week! Lot’s of comfort food and a few cheats thrown in.
Monday – chicken burgers
Easy chicken fillet burgers – I’ll top with roasted peppers, cheese and pickles. I’ll make some sweet potato fries to go alongside and maybe some BBQ baked beans and sweetcorn. Get the chicken fillet burger recipe here.
Tuesday – Moroccan lamb stew
I’ll be throwing together a slow cooker Moroccan lamb stew, lamb with lot’s of warming spices and extra veggies. I’ll serve with herby couscous and minty yogurt.
Wednesday – sausage flatbreads
A quick recipe today as it’s a super busy day, shop bought flatbreads stuffed with chicken sausages, shredded greens, tomato salsa, mango and minty yogurt.
Thursday – turkey bolognese
I’m cooking up a lighter spaghetti bolognese using turkey mince, tomatoes and lots of herbs for a deliciously rich, slow cooked but much lighter, healthier pasta sauce.
Friday – meatballs and mash
Swedish meatballs served with mashed potatoes and lots of veggies, topped with onion gravy. Easy and totally delicious.
Saturday – French bread pizzas

Sunday – roast chicken dinner
A roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings, and a little help from Aunt Bessie.
