Monday – brisket, mash & veggies

Tuesday – chicken pie
I’ll simmer chicken breast pieces with mushrooms, celery and herbs in a creamy sauce – then cheat with the pastry and buy ready made puff pastry to cook up a simple pie – served with a pile of veggies and maybe some chips.
Wednesday – sausages, rice and veggies
I love this for dinner it’s so easy and tasty – sausages stirred through rice with lot’s of veggies and spices, it’s just delicious. Get the sausage and rice recipe here.
Thursday – spaghetti with meatballs
I’ve cheated with the meatballs and bought ready-made, but I’ll be making my own marinara pasta sauce and serving with spaghetti. Grab the marinara recipe here.
Friday – chicken couscous bowl

Saturday – take away
I’m liking Saturday being lazy so I’ll be popping onto Just Eat and ordering take away.
Sunday – roast chicken dinner
I’ll be making chicken roast dinner with all the trimmings.
