Monday – Moroccan Chicken Goujons
I’ll be baking chicken goujons spiced with Moroccan seasoning and serving with lemon yogurt dip, salad and rice. Recipe for these will be on the blog during the week.
Tuesday – Roast Pepper Gnocchi
I’ll be making a roast pepper and tomato sauce – tossing it through fresh gnocchi – dotting with mozzarella and browning under the grill. Recipe up during the week.
Wednesday – Chicken Curry
I’ll be cheating with this dinner and pimping the Pataks! Grab the cheat chicken curry recipe here.
Thursday – Mince Beef Pie
Another cheat recipe – I’ll make up the pie filling and top with ready made puff pastry. Grab the mince beef pie recipe here.
Friday – Nando’s at Home
Another cheat dinner….. I’ll be grabbing a selection of Nando’s cook at home bits – chicken marinade, spicy chips, Nando’s hummus etc… and throwing together a really easy Friday night dinner.
Saturday – Bolognese
I’ll be making slow cooker bolognese sauce, stirring through freshly cooked spaghetti and serving alongside salad and probably garlic bread.
Sunday – Lancashire Hot Pot
I’ll be making a traditional Lancashire hot pot and serving with pickled red cabbage and brown sauce – YUM! Get the Lancashire hot pot recipe here.
