This week is half term so I want food that’s quick, easy and takes very little time to make as half term here is usually hectic.
I’m keeping the breakfast pots because making up a few days breakfast in one go works really well for me and it means the kids are eating a wider range of foods.
Owing to the number of mini-guests that have been invited around to play during half term I did indeed stock up at Iceland! So lots of kids favourites like fish fingers, beans and pizza are planned.
Dinners are healthy, light and packed with lots of salad vegetables and wholemeal carbs for balance!
