Monday – Minced Beef Pie

Tuesday – Chicken Strips & Fries
I’ll be making Moroccan spiced chicken strips with lemon yogurt dip – this is great for midweek dinner. I’ll serve with sweet potato fries and a huge salad. Get the chicken strips recipe here.
Wednesday – Chicken Stir Fry
I’ll be cooking up a quick chicken stir fry with noodles. Can’t beat stir fry when you need dinner to be quick and easy.
Thursday – Homemade Pizza
I’ll be making a big homemade pizza – topped with tuna, anchovies and olives. Grab our pizza sauce recipe here – it really does make the pizza taste extra special!
Friday – Mezze
I’ve not made mezze for ages! It’s such a lovely simple dinner – healthy and flavourful, perfect for chilling out with on a Friday night. Get our simple mezze recipes here.
Saturday – Sausage & Pepper Salad
This is a great summer recipe – if it’s nice and sunny you can BBQ the sausages and peppers – if not – just grill. I chop them into bitesized chunks and toss them through salad leaves with baked sweet potato pieces. It’s filling and delicious!
Sunday – Roast Chicken Dinner
Wouldn’t be Sunday without a roast dinner and all the trimmings!
