A weekly family meal plan that’s filled with easy to make family dinners that the kids just LOVE.
Monday – pasta bolognese
I’ll be cooking up an easy pasta bolognese – I’ll use the slow cooker to make the bolognese sauce and just stir through freshly cooked pasta.
I’ll add a side of veggies and garlic bread.

Tuesday – Spicy Chicken with Patatas Bravas
I’ll be making easy spiced chicken strips and serving with patatas bravas and a selection of bought salads – beetroot and goats cheese, mixed beans and green salad.

Wednesday – Veggie Burgers
Cheat dinner this evening – I’ll be cooking up shop bought veggie burgers, loaded with cheese, salad and salsa.
Alongside rustic sweet potato fries and corn cobs.
Thursday – Spicy Lamb Pittas
Quick and easy dinner and it’s so yum! Cook up a pan of harissa spiced lamb mince and serve with salad on top of a pitta bread – you can add some sides if you like – popadom with fresh mint and cucumber raita, salads or rice all work well.

Friday – Homemade Nando’s
The kids love homemade Nando’s on Friday nights – I’ll be making marinated chicken, salads, Nando’s style peas, homemade slaw and peri peri fries.
Saturday – Pizza Night
We’ll be firing up the pizza oven and cooking up some wood-fired pizzas – I make a selection of toppings and let everyone just top their own.
Sunday – Roast Chicken Dinner
Wouldn’t be Sunday without a roast dinner! I’ll be doing roast chicken, chipolatas, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and piles of veggies.
