Monday – Chicken Caesar Salad
I’ll use shredded herby roast chicken to make this Caesar salad.
Simply shred and toss through freshly chopped lettuce.
Top with delicious creamy Caesar dressing, anchovies and crispy croutons.
Tuesday – Lamb Kofta Meatballs
Super tasty lamb meatballs – so easy to make! Then serve with flavoured couscous and roast veggies with a little pot of minty yogurt dressing on the side.

Wednesday – BBQ
I’m thinking a little midweek BBQ would be a good thing – burgers, bangers and loads of side salads.
Thursday – Spaghetti Carbonara
There’s nothing better than a big panful of creamy spaghetti carbonara – so delicious and moreish! I’ll probably make some salad alongside just to offset the carb fest!
Friday – Wood Fired Pizza
