Back to school, back to routine, back to meal planning.
This week is a bit of a last nod to summer (as the weather is hotting up… again… supposedly…) And so there’s some lovely salads – I’ve tried to be a little bit ‘healthy’ in an effort to cancel out weeks of cream teas, fish & chips, Cornish pasties, ice-creams etc.
