Monday – Homemade Burgers

Tuesday – Sausage & Pea Pasta
I’ll be making Jamie Oliver sausage meatballs with tomato and pea pasta – it’s totally delicious! Grab the recipe here.
Wednesday – Amatriciana Pasta
I’ll be cooking up a quick Amatriciana pasta sauce with smoked bacon and chillies. It’s quick and easy and fab for busy weeknights. Get the pasta recipe here.
Thursday – Spicy Cajun Rice
This is a recipe I’ve been trying out for a while and not got quite right yet – so tonight I’ll be trying it with smoked bacon and loads of veggies – if it turns out good I’ll post the recipe.
Friday – Toasted Sandwiches and Homemade Slaw
I’ll be making toasted sandwiches – with whatever filling the kids fancy and serving with sweet potato wedges and a bowl of homemade slaw. Grab the jalapeño slaw recipe here – it’s delicious and with a spicy little twist.
Saturday – Slow Cooker Peri Peri Chicken Casserole

Sunday – Pendle Witch Stew
