A nice easy meal plan this week, lots of delicious family recipes that are easy to cook and prepare.
Monday – shepherds pie
Made using leftover roast lamb from the Sunday lunch and topped with a mixture of sweet and ordinary mashed potatoes. Easy to make and uses up the leftovers.
Tuesday – pizza night
It’s a cheat dinner tonight – shop bought pizzas, wedges and slaw.
Wednesday – roast chicken salad
Simple roast chicken served with chunky chips and a huge salad.
Thursday – honey roast ham salad
Simple honey roast ham served with a huge salad and homemade potato salad. You can get the potato salad recipe here.
Another ‘leftovers’ dinner made using the leftover ham from yesterday. I’ll be making Dutch style ham & cheese toasted sandwiches alongside pickles and a side of fries. Perfect for a Friday night.
Saturday – leek and feta tart
Sunday – roast dinner
