Thursday – Warm Chicken & Lentil Salad
I love this recipe – grilled lemony chicken served with herby Puy lentils (I cheat with these and buy the microwave sachets) pile on lots of griddled vegetables and herbs and drizzle with a little lemony-olive oil dressing. Easy and delicious.
Friday – Easy Spanish Rice

Saturday – Pizza Night
A bit of a lazy Saturday night in the kitchen, I’ll be cooking up pizzas from Aldi – these ones are just so good!! Just need to add a side of salad or slaw and I’m done.
Sunday – Roast Dinner
Roast chicken with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and loads of fresh vegetables….. probably sticky toffee pudding and custard.
