This week the meal plan is lacking two big things – wheat & refined sugar…. I’m making a huge effort to try to cut these from my diet both to loose some weight (which is difficult with hypothyroidism) and to boost my thyroid function – after a little research these seem to be the top two things to cut back on. So I’m giving it a try!
For the next few weeks I’m trying not to go crazy making wheat/sugar free substitute cakes & treats I’m just trying to live without them which will help cut the craving and definitely help the weightloss! (which incidentally was 3lb last week!)
