A weekly family meal plan filled with easy to make family dinner recipes that you’ll just LOVE as much as the kids do. I usually use cheats and little timesavers so that food is ready fast, especially weekday dinners, they need to be quick.
Monday – Spaghetti Bolognese
I’ll be cooking up a super simple slow cooker bolognese, serving with pasta and veggies. Grab the slow cooker bolognese recipe here.
Tuesday – Chicken Tacos
Really quick and easy chicken tacos, served with homemade guacamole and shredded salad. Get the homemade guacamole recipe here.
Wednesday – Ham & Cheese Puffs
The kids just love these and they’re so easy to make – I’ll serve them with BBQ baked beans, corncobs and homemade coleslaw. Get the Ham & Cheese Puff recipe here.
Thursday – Gnocchi with Pesto
I’ll be making a quick homemade pesto and serving with gnocchi and lots of salad and veggies. Quick and easy.
Friday – Chicken Paella
I’m cooking up a lovely paella and some salads to go alongside. Recipe for this will be up later in the week.
Saturday – Pie & Chips
Cheat dinner, I’ll be buying the pie and serving with those amazing McCain gastro chips (if you’ve not tried them you really really should! So good!)
Sunday – Roast Chicken
I know it’s Easter Sunday so it should be lamb, but the kids just love roast chicken dinner, so I’ll be cooking that with all the trimmings.
