Monday – lamb kebabs with spicy rice & salad
A cheat dinner with lamb kebabs bought ready made from the butchers, all that’s left for me to do is make a spicy rice salad and big green salad to go alongside.
Tuesday – roast veggie pasta

Wednesday – posh sausage rolls and apple slaw

Thursday – roast tomato and pepper soup
Homemade soup, this is a recipe you can make ahead and just warm up at dinner time. Serve with chunky slices of cheese on toast.
Friday – spanish omelette and salad

Saturday – roast squash, pepper & feta pie

Sunday – chicken dinner
Can’t beat a proper roast dinner on a Sunday. Roast chicken dinner and all the trimmings is a total favourite.
