Here’s the meal plan for this week. It’s filled with easy to make meals that don’t take up much time as this week is super busy!
Breakfast for the kids is now ‘Breakfast Pots’ this is the easiest way I’ve ever found of getting kids to eat breakfast. Basically they are little pots (the Sistema yogurt to go ones actually) and I fill them the night before with breakfast snacks. I usually do them 3 pots each – one fruit pot with whatever fruit we’ve got from the veg box delivery scheme. One pot of granola with natural yogurt and one with a splodge of Nutella or Philadelphia and some mini breadsticks. You can fill them with anything you fancy – cubes of ham and cheese, veggie sticks with hummus or little peanut toast squares.
Honestly I’ve totally got breakfast sorted! It’s so easy, no fuss as it’s done the night before and they just grab it out of the fridge in the morning and if we’re running late take it with them.
