This week the family meal plan is filled with really easy dinners. I’m doing a bathroom makeover so I want dinners that are easy to prep and cook so it leaves me free to get on with doing up the bathroom.
Roast beef dinner made using leftovers from the Sunday roast and a few Aunt Bessie cheats. Quick, easy and you’ve got to just love a week that features two roast dinners. I used the slow cooker brisket recipe this week – it’s totally delicious, you really should give it a try.
Another slow cooker recipe, nice easy chilli recipe with lots of chocolate and chipotle simmered really slowly all day. I’ll serve this with fluffy rice, maybe some nachos and lots of crunchy salad.
A really easy chicken curry recipe baked in the oven casserole style.
Pizzas and salad, shop bought pizza, piles of salad and corn cobs. Quick, easy and delicious.
Baked potatoes topped with Red Leicester and caramelised onion chutney. Served with salad. We’ve loads of delicious baked potato topping recipes if you’re looking for some din’spiration.
