Monday – homemade chicken dippers
Really simple recipe for crunchy chicken dippers, serve alongside oven fries and a traffic light salad to pack in the vegetable portions.

A super easy quick bolognese recipe, serve with a portion of peas.
Wednesday – sloppy joes
Quick and easy sloppy joe recipe that’s delicious served on soft bread rolls with cheese and pickle or stuff into baked potatoes.
Thursday – sausage & mash
Serve up simple grilled sausages with creamy mashed potatoes and a pile of baked beans for a quick and easy family dinner.
Friday – herby salmon
Sprinkle salmon fillets with fresh herbs, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for around 20-25 minutes. Serve with sweet potato wedges, peas and sweetcorn.
Saturday – slow cooker chicken curry
This is such an easy curry recipe and mild enough for kids to enjoy too. Serve with popadoms and naan bread, maybe a side salad if you fancy.
Sunday – roast chicken dinner
We cheat with Sunday dinner as we want it fast – buy a roast in the bag chicken and serve alongside roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash, broccoli and peas, Yorkshire puddings and stuffing. We often use Aunt Bessie’s frozen dinner cheats and frozen vegetables to make this quick and easy.
