A weekly family meal plan filled with delicious, easy to make family dinner recipes and we’ve definitely thrown ourselves into the autumn vibe this week.
Monday – Vegetable Ragu
A really easy vegetable ragu filled with tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, onions and lots of garlic and herbs. I’ll toss it through freshly cooked tagliatelle and sprinkle with parmesan. Recipe up on the blog this week.
Tuesday – Smoky Pork & Butterbean Stew
A slow cooker recipe with lean pork, tomatoes, smoked paprika, butterbeans and lots of herbs and spices, I’ll serve with baked potatoes and a dollop of soured cream. Recipe for this one will be up on the blog this week.
Wednesday – Meatballs, Mash and Onion Gravy
A bit of a cheat dinner – Scandinavian style meatballs with creamy mashed potatoes, spiced red cabbage and cheat onion gravy. Get the onion gravy recipe here.
Thursday – Sausage Gnocchi Bake
An easy recipe – mini sausage meatballs, tossed together with freshly cooked gnocchi, rich tomato sauce and scattered with mozzarella baked in the oven – quick and easy comfort food, recipe on the blog this week.
Friday – Prawn and Pea Spaghetti

Saturday – Squash & Red Pepper Pie
A delicious autumnal vegetarian pie recipe – it’s easy to make and tastes so good. Just serve with tomato salad or homemade coleslaw. Get the squash and red pepper pie recipe here.
Sunday – Lancashire Hot Pot
