Garlic Mayonnaise
Our easy garlic mayonnaise dip recipe is super fast to make and tastes so delicious served with fries, salads or even as a pizza crust dip.
Now... we 'could' if we wanted make mayonnaise from scratch... BUT. Life is just too short for that!
So, here's our 30 second garlic mayonnaise recipe that tastes, delicious, is ready in less than a minute and you're just going to love dunking your chips into it!
You'll just need four ingredients and you've probably got them all in at home already anyway.
Learning how to make quick and easy flavoured mayonnaise is a good thing, because you can then just buy a regular mayo and flavour up small portions of it to suit yourself.

Garlic Mayonnaise Ingredients
Just four ingredients go into our delicious easy garlic mayo recipe!

- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise - we always use Hellmann's Squeezy Mayo
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- pinch salt
- pinch ground black pepper
Cooks Note! A substitute for garlic powder if you have none would be grated fresh garlic cloves, or some jarred chopped garlic.
How To Make Garlic Mayonnaise
You will just LOVE how quick and easy our garlic mayo sauce is and how delicious it is drizzled on chips! Especially our seasoned frozen chips in the air fryer!
Step One - get your ingredients ready
- Grab all your ingredients and a small bowl and you're ready to go!
Step Two - mix up the garlic mayonnaise
- Add the mayonnaise and the garlic powder, salt and pepper to a small bowl.

- Mix everything together using a small spoon. Give it a good mix, you want the garlicky flavour to really spread through the mayonnaise.

Cooks Note! This garlic mayo will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.

- Sriracha Mayo - so good with our halloumi fries or dolloped onto burgers or served up with fried chicken.
